Catholic Relief Services is the official agency of the United States Catholic Conference of Bishops for relief and development assistance overseas.
Job Title: Finance and Compliance Officer – Duration: 8 months
JOB SUMMARY
This position ensures that CRS Nigeria complies with the Agency’s guideline principles of stewardship. It ensures that CRS Nigeria complies with CRS HQ financial policies, individual donor regulations and ensures efficient usage of CRS Nigeria’s funds on the projects.
SUMMARY OF PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Specific duties will include:
Grant compliance Budgeting Financial support
Internal Control Assessments and site visits Financial accounting
QUALIFICATIONS
Chartered Accountant or Masters degree. Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience.
Bsc. degree in Accountancy or Finance.
Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Word and Excel Knowledge of the SUN accounting software is an added advantage.
